Bailey

The other day I took my pup, Bailey to the park! I've had Bailey since she was born about 10 years ago. One of the best moments of my life was witnessing her birth and picking her out of the litter as MY puppy. Ever since that day we've been the best of friends, I love her! I truly believe the bond between a human and an animal can be just as strong as any other relationship.

Many times I feel as though Bailey knows me better than a lot of my friends! She always seems to know when I'm sad or if I'm not feeling well... She'll be extra sweet and close whenever I'm not feeling my best, it's so cute.

I have another pup named Penelope. Those of you who have been following my blog for a while may remember this post. My mother rescued a chihuahua who gave birth to puppies. I fell in LOVE with one of the pups and ended up keeping her for myself. Bailey and Penny are very different but have some of the same habits, it's pretty cute. What about you? Do you have any animals? I'd love to hear about them!

Anyway, I don't want to sound too much like a crazy animal lover (even though I am........) Here are some photos from my outfit that day!

I decided to add my email on the side of my blog this way any of you can email me. I'd love to hear from you. <3

xo,
Kala Noel.

  2. That skirt is so lovely, it's my favourite colour of green. I trump you on the animal lover front, I have oodles of pets. I have... 1 cat, 2 tree frogs, 2 crested geckos, 1 hognose snake, 2 ball pythons and 8 tarantulas. I know the feeling of an animal knowing you though, my cat reads my moods better than anyone.

  3. aw, Bailey is so cute! I totally agree with you about the human-animal relationship bond. I have a little yorkie named Teddy and I'd much rather hang out with him than go out haha. they understand so much that it's quite amazing! also, really love your belt! ^,^

  4. I've got fishes! They're the best! (And probably the most safe animals for me too, since I don't always have time to take care of them!) Your dogs seem really cute!

  10. I love the belt and that color of the skirt! you are so beautiful, and your long haaaaair. I definitely agree, there is something amazing about the bond between you and an animal! I definitely feel the love from my kitty when I'm sad or down... or when I need some unconditional love. I talk to him too, but let's not talk about that too much haha...

  11. Awww, Bailey is adorable! I've lived in an apartment for my entire life, so I can't have a dog, but as soon as I move out I'm getting a puppy! I do have a hamster named Remy and a rat named Scabbers, though, and I love them. <3

  13. Your pup is so cute! I think in a lot of ways relationships with animals are better than relationships with humans. They love you unconditionally and they're always there when you need them. Sweet things!

  15. Beautiful outfit!

I tend to agree with you that animal friendships can be as strong, or in some cases stronger than human ones.

I had a cat for 20 years, and had him since I was 4 years old, and he was my best friend! When he passed it was like I lost a piece of me!

I have a new kitty now named Oliver, and he is also my best friend.

I think I just like animals better than people for the most part anyway, haha!

Your puppy is adorable by the way!

  18. a couple of things, first i love your skirt and shoes! i think you and i have the same silhouette in mind when we dress sometimes! and im a crazy cat lady! i now have two brother cats with my boyfriend, but back at my families house we have 4 cats! and a black lab. one of the cats, mongo, is my little baby. well hes 12 now, but i had him since i was litte. and i totally know what you mean about the strong bond thing, he would know when i was sad or something too. we had a real connection. i had to leave him at home when i moved out though, but hes just a couple of towns over!
